📖 Good Study Habits for Students

1. 📅 Make a Timetable

A timetable gives proper direction to your day. Divide your time for different subjects and follow it regularly. When you know “what to study” and “when to study,” half the stress is already gone.

2. 🔁 Revise Regularly

Do not wait for exams to start revising. Revise lessons every day after class. Regular revision makes concepts clear and saves you from last-minute panic.

3. 🪑 Choose a Quiet Study Place

Find a peaceful spot for study where there are no distractions. A clean desk, proper light, and minimum noise help you focus better.

4. 📵 Avoid Distractions

Keep mobile phones, TV, and video games away during study time. Concentration is the key to effective learning. One hour of focused study is better than three hours of distracted study.

5. 🕒 Take Short Breaks

Studying continuously for a long time makes the mind tired. After every 45–50 minutes, take a short 5–10 minutes break. It refreshes your brain and helps you learn more.

6. ✍️ Write and Practice

Just reading is not enough. Always make notes and practice writing answers. Writing improves memory and helps you understand the topic deeply.

7. 🛏️ Stay Healthy and Rest Well

A healthy body supports a healthy mind. Eat nutritious food, drink water, and sleep for at least 7–8 hours daily. Proper rest improves concentration and memory power
